Working with us means that you have design and build all under one roof. We walk through sites, discuss plans, work with your budget, and build/renovate your home all within our company. We take every client through a full pre-construction process that goes through plans, design, finishes and timeline so that you have a fixed price and timeline before the project even begins. By keeping the full process under one roof we can control timelines, the budget, and the results while providing a top notch customer experience with minimal stress.

The Foundations
-Two thick layers of foundation waterproofing to provide top tier protection for your home
-All subfloors are glued and screwed to dramatically reduce floor squeaks
-Passive radon system installed during pre-slab utilities to keep your air quality safe. Our most recent radon test came in at 0.0 with our passive system - the neighboring lot had a radon level of 12-14 with an active system installed. This pre-slab pour detail dispels the gas before it enters your home.
-No support posts in basements or garages
-2x6 exterior wall construction, allowing for 2 extra inches of insulation giving an exterior wall insulation of R-22, attic receives R-60
-High quality windows with triple low e-coatings and argon gas, with a lifetime warranty
-95% efficiency electronic damper zoned HVAC with fresh air intake is standard
-Whole house humidifier is standard
-We use R-12.7 insulated steel Clopay Garage Doors
-All range hoods are vented outside with high CFM exhaust fans installed to preserve air quality in the home
Electrical and Plumbing
-Eave lighting and soffit outlets are standard
-Upgraded electrical panels with all arc fault/GFCI breakers
-Decor switches and plugs are standard
-CAT 6 runs throughout home and attic to service TVs and security systems
-Low volt lighting in cabinetry and floating shelves is standard

-Hot and cold water taps in the garage, water hose spigots on all 4 sides of the home
Finishes
-Finished garage with trim, window casing, painted walls and ceilings
-Upgraded trim and accent walls throughout home
-Custom tile work to the ceiling in all bathrooms
-Master showers with stone bench seats, two shower heads and body sprayer wand
-Finished stair cases with railings and spindles to the basement, staircase trim includes wooden end caps and iron spindles
-Granite and Quartz counters throughout home
-8 foot tall front entry doors in most homes
-8 foot tall interior doors in most homes
-22oz carpet with 1/2" inch pad
-All Delta or Signature Hardware Plumbing fixtures
-8ft tall shower glass in all showers
-Solid side easy clean toilets
-Real stone for all exterior and interior stone applications
-All wood trim package
-All soft close doors and drawers on cabinetry. All cabinetry is 42" or taller
-All paint is eggshell for the wall paint. All trim and cabinetry get sprayed enamel coatings. We use high quality Sherwin-Williams paint
